Atlas Franchise is seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Manager to guide the team and run daily operations in Papillion, NE. You will assist in operations, train staff, and help deliver Freaky best-in-class service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop the team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
