Atlas Franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, run daily operations, and deliver Freaky fast service at Jimmy John’s. You will learn the ropes to advance while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

Role emphasizes coaching, customer and employee relations, and helping recruit and train team members. This full-time, non-exempt position includes health benefits and time off options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop the team.
• Must be coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Must have experience handling customer and employee issues.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Must memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
