Job summary

Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to guide the team, assist in daily operations, and uphold safety standards. You will focus on delivering Freaky good service, train staff, and help recruit talent to maintain a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

As a full-time, non-exempt role, you’ll work in a fast-paced setting, ensure food safety, and contribute to a culture that values detail, growth, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
