Job summary

Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager who will guide the team, help run daily operations, and deliver Freaky fast service to every customer.

You’ll train team members, manage shifts, uphold food safety, and maintain store cleanliness while building a positive, energetic culture. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop the team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
