Job summary

Atlas Franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, oversee daily operations, and support in growing the business. You will help train staff, manage shifts, and ensure high-quality service within a fast-paced Jimmy John’s environment.

Successful candidates will be 18 or older with prior team leadership experience in food service, strong communication skills, and the ability to memorize the menu and succeed on related tests. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop the team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.
