Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Metairie, LA. The AGM leads restaurant operations, focusing on profitability, guest service, people development and daily management of 20–45 team members under the RGM.

You will drive inventory control, asset maintenance and cash controls while coaching Shift Coordinators to improve performance and service speed. Prior quick-service leadership helps meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• Some quick-service restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability is desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through inventory control, cost management and P&L oversight.
• Lead and develop a restaurant team of 20–45 employees and shift coordinators.
• Ensure guest service is accurate, fast and friendly in a clean facility.
• Oversee operations, brand standards and timely delivery of products.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary and manage assets and maintenance.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
