Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Slidell, LA location. The AGM leads the restaurant’s profitability, guest service, people development, and daily operations under the RGM’s direction.

You will manage 20–45 hourly staff, oversee inventory, assets, and cash controls, and ensure adherence to brand standards and speed-of-service guidelines. Prior management experience in quick-service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability, including inventory and cost controls.
• Lead guest service excellence with fast, friendly operations.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards and speed-of-service goals.
• Perform Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
