Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint New Orleans is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability. You will oversee inventory, guest service, and a team of 20–45 crew members under the Restaurant General Manager.

You will coach Shift Coordinators, manage speed of service, uphold brand standards, and step in for the RGM as needed, ensuring consistent, friendly, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM)Location: New Orleans, LAPosition OverviewThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the operations leader of the restaurant, focused on profitability, guest service, people development, and operations management. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
