The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $60,000 per year with bonus eligibility.

Typical work activities for our Assistant Restaurant Managers include:

• Coordinating the entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts.
• Greeting customers and conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Understanding and practicing all safety procedures.
• Hiring, training, retaining, and developing team members.
• Modeling and holding team members accountable to operational and quality standards.
• Creating smiles!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• Ability to perform all essential job duties, including standing/walking for 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Effective team management and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer skills including MS Office, POS systems, and inventory management systems.
