The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $60,000 per year with bonus eligibility.

Typical responsibilities for our Assistant Restaurant Managers include:

• Coordinating restaurant operations during shifts
• Greeting customers and conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction
• Following all safety procedures
• Hiring, training, and developing team members
• Modeling and enforcing operational and quality standards
• Creating smiles!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred
• Ability to perform all essential job duties, including standing/walking for 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Flexible work schedule
• Effective team management and conflict resolution skills
• Computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, inventory management)
• Note: Duties outside normal responsibilities may be required
