Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Columbia, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team on nightly and weekend shifts. You’ll guide staff, ensure top guest experiences, and support ongoing training with a hands-on management style.

You’ll also assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations while stepping in across roles as needed. A positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
