Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in North Carolina is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts, guide the team, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll support training and coaching while helping manage inventory, cash, and operations with hands-on versatility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team through fast-paced shifts.
• Ensure a high guest experience and maintain vibes.
• Assist with training and coaching of staff.
• Help manage inventory, cash, and daily operations.
• Fill in across roles—register, grill, line, prep as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and smooth operations.
