Thrive Restaurant Group's QDOBA Mexican Eats location in Columbia, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead flavorful, fast-paced shifts and mentor a team.

You’ll oversee operations, inventory, and guest experience, stepping in wherever needed. Previous restaurant leadership helps, you communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
