Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced shift with energy and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be the go-to leader when leadership isn’t on deck, guiding the team and ensuring smooth operations.

You’ll collaborate with a people-first culture under Thrive Restaurant Group, with opportunities to train, coach, and grow into higher roles. Flexible hours, emphasizing nights and weekends, are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and guide the team through fast-paced service.
• Maintain high guest experience and positive atmosphere.
• Participate in training and coaching of team members.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Jump in to cover any station as needed (register, grill, line, prep).
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with guidelines.
