Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced crew in Indian Trail, NC. You’ll mentor frontline teammates, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly.

Bring restaurant or retail leadership experience, a calm, energetic leadership style, and excellent communication. You’ll train, coach, schedule, and sometimes cover registers or food prep while maintaining a clean, safe dining room.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Able to stay cool under pressure.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Committed to delivering great food and vibes.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and vibes.
• Assist with training and coaching.
• Help manage inventory, cash, and daily operations.
• Fill in where needed—register, grill, line, or prep.
• Keep the area clean, safe, and running smoothly.
