Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Fayetteville, NC to lead on busy shifts, guide the team, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You'll train staff, manage inventory and cash, cover roles as needed, and help maintain cleanliness and safety. The role offers growth opportunities in a people-first, taco-loving culture.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle.
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure.
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays included).
