Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead a fast-paced team and uphold a vibrant, guest-first experience. You’ll step in when the GM or AM isn’t on deck, guiding staff, coaching, and ensuring smooth operations across the shift.

You’ll manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations while showing strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and growth opportunities await.
