Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts, train teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll step in when the GM/AM isn’t on deck and help run daily operations with energy and flavor.

Based in Cary, NC, this role offers flexible hours, growth pathways to management, and a people-first culture backed by Thrive Restaurant Group. Prior leadership in food service is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and delivering great food and vibes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts when the GM/AM isn’t on duty.
• Maintain guest experience and keep vibes high.
• Support training and coaching—developing the crew.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Cover multiple stations as needed (register, grill, line, prep).
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation.
