Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll step in when the GM or AM isn’t on deck, guiding your crew through busy shifts with energy and precision.

You’ll train, coach, and support operations, manage inventory and cash, and keep the dining area safe and sparkling while delivering great food and vibes. Thrive Restaurant Group backs our people.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team during fast-paced shifts.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team during shifts when GM/AM unavailable.
• Guide staff through fast-paced service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support training, coaching, and crew development.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and operations.
