Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Greenville, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and flavor to the table.

As the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn’t on deck, you’ll guide your team through fast-paced shifts, support training, help manage inventory and cash, and ensure a sparkling, safe restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Flexibility with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team through fast-paced shifts and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and service.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff.
• Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and day-to-day operations.
• Fill in across roles as needed (register, grill, line, prep).
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
