Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Shift Supervisor who leads with energy and a customer-first mindset. You’ll guide a fast-paced crew, service guests, and step in when the GM or AM isn’t on deck.

You'll train and coach teammates, help manage inventory and cash, cover various stations, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the role, with opportunities to grow within Thrive Restaurant Group.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Natural leader who thrives in hustle and fast-paced settings.
• Great communicator, team player, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
