Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor under Thrive Restaurant Group in North Carolina. You’ll lead fast-paced shifts, guide a team, and ensure excellent guest experiences while supporting training and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and guest experience.
• Support training and coaching of crew daily.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and overall operations.
• Step in across roles as needed (register, grill, line, prep).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth running of the venue.
