Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts and deliver great guest experiences.

You will coach the crew, manage inventory and cash, and jump in wherever needed—from register to grill—while maintaining high standards and positive energy on the floor.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
