Assistant Restaurant Manager - Food Service Supervisor

Position Details
  • Position: Assistant Manager
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Shift: 2:00 pm - Close
  • Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annual salary: $47,000 - $49,500)
Role Responsibilities

Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy, promoting its vision, mission, and values to ensure a great customer experience and maximize sales. The role involves coaching and leading store team members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing daily food service operations, grocery market, and fountain sales, monitoring inventory, equipment, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring store policies are followed.

Work Schedule & Reporting

Work days vary based on a rotating 3-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek. The position reports to the Store Manager.
