Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead a Sbarro's restaurant at our West Wendover location. You will work with the General Manager to maintain food quality, safety, and a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role focuses on team leadership, scheduling, cost controls, and supporting local marketing and community engagement to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of cost control scheduling and daily operations.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure food quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Lead, train, and develop team members and support recruiting and retention of top talent.
• Delegate tasks, manage workflows, and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong, motivated team.
• Ensure every guest has a positive experience by upholding high service standards and resolving concerns.
