Red Robin in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations, upholding our standards and delivering an unforgettable guest and team experience.

As a brand ambassador and true second in command, you will oversee cost centers, manage a high-performing team, and champion our culture while driving continuous improvement and hospitality excellence. Strong leadership and P&L knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open Availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules
• Experience managing a team
