Job summary

Bojangles' in Monroe, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop and guide a group focused on traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a 50-hour week. Bojangles' offers flexible hours and comprehensive benefits including weekly pay and meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
