Job summary

Silver State Bell, LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive service excellence, and support the General Manager in achieving brand standards.

You will coach teams across shifts, ensure OSHA safety compliance, participate in recruiting and onboarding, develop leadership, and help drive financial performance while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain a health card.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while upholding quality standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize the customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Train and develop future leaders; support leadership development plans.
• Collaborate with the GM to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Support achievement of restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Assist the GM with daily restaurant operations and problem solving.
