Job summary

Taco Bell in Carrollton, GA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and coach the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will run daily operations in the GM's absence, encourage growth, and maintain high standards across service, food safety, and cost controls. Expect a 50-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours OT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and labor management.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence and food safety standards; cover GM in their absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback, address employee relations issues, and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of Team Members.
• Support with cash handling, inventory, and security procedures as part of Profit & Loss management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed and facilities are well maintained.
