Taco Bell in Douglasville, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and lead the team to deliver great guest experiences.

This role oversees daily operations in GM's absence, drives performance, and fosters growth, training, coaching, and recognition. The position offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and full benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action, and motivating and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence and drive performance.
• Maintain high food safety standards and uphold Core excellence.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence responsibilities and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance feedback and employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; promote inclusion and belonging.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
