Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a full-time, driven Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of quality, service, and efficiency, and work with the General Manager to meet goals while promoting a positive workplace culture.

In the absence of the General Manager, you will step up to lead the store. Bi-weekly pay with daily tip payouts, advancement opportunities, employee discounts, and access to our perks program accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
• Completion of Papa John's Manager Development Program through our in-house training platform.
• Willingness to accept a General Manager position if a vacancy arises nearby.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve business goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and uphold quality control across the restaurant.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery.
