Job summary

Papa John’s is looking for a full-time Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and employee development. You will also play a key role in creating a positive work environment and upholding Papa John’s values and culture.

In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities to ensure the continued success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be considered for a General Manager position nearby.
• Completion of the Papa John’s Manager Development Program.
• Strong leadership with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
• Previous restaurant management experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control guidelines.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve business goals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace that meets both company standards and customer expectations.
