Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, drive profitability, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and develop a high‑performing team. In the absence of the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities to sustain store success.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for service and collaboration with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to achieve store goals and uphold Papa John’s values

Qualifications

• Completion of Papa John’s Manager Development Program.
• Previous restaurant management experience or experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Reliable transportation to store, bank, and required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support team development.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to meet business goals.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control guidelines.
• Supervise restaurant staff to ensure customer satisfaction and operations excellence.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace meeting company standards and customer expectations.
