Job summary

Papa John’s in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, and drive operational efficiency.

As a close partner of the General Manager and Area Supervisor, you’ll train and develop front-line teams, step in for the GM when needed, and help execute promotions and the company’s goals. Bi-weekly pay with tip payouts, advancement opportunities, and employee discounts are included.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you’ll step up and take charge of the restaurant.
