Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team.

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in for the General Manager when needed and ensure smooth store operations.
• Motivate staff and maintain high morale during busy periods.
• Adhere to company policies and brand standards and manage cash handling and reporting.
