Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and coach shift supervisors.
• Perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain high morale, especially during busy periods.
• Ensure brand standards, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
