Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent with valid driver’s license.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Willingness to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with staffing planning and hiring decisions.
• Lead weekly manager meetings with Department Managers.
• Develop and implement incentive programs and promotions.
• Motivate Team Members and provide regular performance feedback.
• Coach managers on performance management.
• Oversee guest satisfaction and timely handling of guest complaints.
• Ensure quality standards for food production, adherence to recipes, and portion control.
• Review GEM, QSCs, audits, and P&L to identify improvement actions.
• Handle administrative tasks like invoices and inventory.
• Monitor maintenance and preventative maintenance and communicate needs.
• Support budgeting and cost control efforts and help achieve profit goals.
• Communicate opportunities for operational improvements to the team.
