Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring safety, quality and guest satisfaction. The AGM will supervise shifts, participate in staffing decisions, training, and accountability while helping drive revenue through effective cost controls and promotions.

You will lead a team, coach managers, and collaborate across departments to deliver consistent service and a welcoming guest

Qualifications

Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing a restaurant or retail operation is required.
Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program is preferred.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and travel between units may be required.

Responsibilities

Assist General Manager with staffing planning and supervision of restaurant operations.
Participate in hiring decisions for all departments and lead weekly manager meetings.
Develop and implement incentive programs and participate in company promotions.
Provide performance feedback and coaching to Department Managers and team members.
Help manage costs and drive profits by monitoring inventory and P&L implications.
Ensure adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards and oversee maintenance needs.
