RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

As a leader, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure high standards of guest service and food quality. You should be familiar with restaurant operations, customer service, and be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Your goal will be to minimize costs, improve employee retention, and provide a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality
• Familiarity with management software like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Effective communication and team management skills
• Availability during opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
