Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is growing and opening restaurants nationwide. Apprentices will learn to run a restaurant, hire and train great people, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience while growing toward the General Manager role.

You’ll lead as on-duty manager, manage schedules and staffing, and ensure food safety and outstanding hospitality. This role emphasizes development and leadership within Chipotle’s values.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Run day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L management, sales-forecasting, and recruiting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour workweek with overtime.
