Job Description:

• Compensation ranges from $62,000 USD to $74,000 USD per year.

Role Overview: The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age

• Proficient in managing costs of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
