Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, involving coordination of team members and real-time problem-solving.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center. In the absence of the General Manager, they assume responsibility for center management, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They focus on guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager

• MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1: Deliver exceptional service, gather feedback, and resolve complaints.

• NEVER STOP IMPROVING: Hone operational skills, plan staffing, and enhance guest experience.

• TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY: Drive sales through marketing strategies like leagues and open play bowling.

• PARTNER WITH LEAGUES: Build relationships with league bowlers, manage league activities, and perform administrative duties.

• ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM: Recruit, train, and schedule staff.

• SHOW OFF MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Lead, motivate, delegate, and leverage team strengths.

• DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES: Oversee and expand F&B offerings, ensure quality, and foster a sales culture.

• REMAIN FLEXIBLE: Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

WHO YOU ARE

You are guest-focused, communicative, flexible, and a team player. You’re prepared to step in for the General Manager when needed, support extended work hours, and develop your team. Your goal is to advance toward a General Manager role.
