The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and problem-solve in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of center management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They are committed to guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.
You are prepared to step in for the General Manager when needed. Your guest service skills and interpersonal communication are strong. You are flexible with work hours and dedicated to team development, with aspirations to become a General Manager.
