Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—and have a great time doing so. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is active, requiring you to be on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and problem-solve in real time.

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of center management. In the absence of the General Manager, they take responsibility for all center operations, including entertainment, Food & Beverage, and property maintenance. They are committed to guest satisfaction and developing the team’s hourly staff. This role is a great stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  1. Make Guests Priority #1
    • Deliver exceptional service, gather guest feedback, and resolve complaints effectively.
  2. Never Stop Improving
    • Optimize operational execution, including staffing levels to enhance guest experience.
  3. Take Every Opportunity
    • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales through leagues, open play, etc.
  4. Partner with Leagues
    • Build relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats, and handle administrative duties.
  5. Assemble an All-Star Team
    • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff.
  6. Show Off Management Skills
    • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and leverage individual strengths.
  7. Drive Food & Beverage Sales
    • Oversee F&B management, ensure quality, and foster a sales-driven culture.
  8. Remain Flexible
    • Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
WHO YOU ARE

You are prepared to step in for the General Manager when needed. Your guest service skills and interpersonal communication are strong. You are flexible with work hours and dedicated to team development, with aspirations to become a General Manager.
