Compensation: from $62,000 USD to $74,000 USD per year

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

• You can handle high-volume days, walking five miles per shift, and working an average of 50 hours a week
• The ability to oversee all aspects of the business, from minor details to the big picture

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Daily Responsibilities:

• Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
• Ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through proactive leadership and personal interactions
• Participating in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development
