Job summary

KBP Foods is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Alabama. You will lead and coach the team, manage schedules, and ensure superior guest experiences while overseeing inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance to support profitability on every shift.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year AGM experience with P&L responsibility and can close the restaurant two nights weekly. Training and growth opportunities are provided as part of a thriving restaurant network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to drive restaurant performance and profitability.
