Job summary

Taco Bell's Stafford, VA franchise is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You will lead by example, training and coaching to deliver unforgettable customer experiences and to drive daily operations in the GM's absence.

You will help manage scheduling, hiring, development, and performance, while supporting safety and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to pass background check.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
• Food service experience is a plus.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Ability to work varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold brand standards in daily operations.
• Train, coach and recognize team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Oversee operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence and drive targets.
• Support hiring and development of new team members and ensure safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet financial goals.
