CAVA Burlington is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and uphold exceptional standards of food quality, service, and guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager on planning, forecasting, and developing hourly Team Members, while managing schedules and inventory to drive profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision, with a focus on optimizing labor, improving guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness meet CAVA standards.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to optimize labor costs.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Contribute to strategies for boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead by example in customer service and team conduct.
• Support financial reporting and adherence to cash handling procedures.
