Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create a fun, exciting environment for guests and team members.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and execute the overall staff plan to build sales; ensure proper staffing levels at each department.
• Prepare manager schedules to ensure proper business coverage.
• Oversee HR compliance with laws, policies, procedures; communicate employee benefits.
• Provide performance feedback and recognition to managers and team members.
• Build positive relationships and maintain morale; foster a fun work environment.
• Lead weekly manager meetings with a written agenda and follow-up.
• Ensure effective communication across all departments and staff levels.
• Develop and follow up on individual development plans for managers.
• Drive local store marketing within budget; utilize programs like Home Team Advantage and Eat Wings / Raise Funds.
• Maintain cost controls and ensure adherence to training standards and safety policies.
