Job summary

CAVA Plymouth Meeting is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations in alignment with our mission and values. You will work with the General Manager and Area Leader to implement store plans, drive financial results, and develop hourly Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate on scheduling, inventory, food quality, and safety while fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to protect profitability.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Support with budgeting, financial reporting, and cash handling procedures.
