Job summary

CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional restaurant operations. You will help manage schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory while upholding our standards for food quality, service, and guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and cost control, with competitive hourly pay of $23.50 and annualized projections based on a 50-hour work week. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
